Red Fortified Wine, 750 ml
This rich and deep fortified wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc (87%), Marquette, and Petite Perle.
Its aromas of small black fruits, cherry, roast, spices, and vanilla are followed by delicate smoky flavors.
A beautiful balance between its tannins and its fruity notes. Its long finish is velvety and ends with fine spicy notes.
Pairings: A comforting digestif, it pairs very well with cheese platters as well as chocolate desserts.
Alcohol: 18.1%
