We cultivate our vines by hand, season after season, with an approach that respects nature and the rhythm of the terroir.
In Quebec, soil balance is both precious and fragile. Its health is at the heart of our practices. We promote its vitality through cover crops: green manure that protects the soil, limits erosion, improves rainwater retention, and supports a sustainable ecosystem.
Each year, we sow different cereals and legumes. The latter play an essential role by capturing nitrogen from the air and naturally returning it to the soil.
In summer, the vineyard becomes even more vibrant: beehives are set up among the vines, a few chickens contribute to the life of the estate, and nesting boxes are installed around the lake to encourage the presence of various bird species.
