“A bit of a revelation for me, tasting wine from the shore of the St. Lawrence for the first time. And the wine here is solid, with recognizable Cabernet Franc character. Moderate, bright ruby in the glass with integrated oak spice box notes well in line with the initial nose of slight red flowers which then leads into a mid-bodied, lithe palate with brisk red cherry and raspberry fruit tones. Nicely crafted in a lighter, fresher style for the variety. Worth a look for Cabernet Franc explorers. Drink through 2027.” - Cabernet Franc 2020
