Clear, crystalline yellow color. The nose is both delicate and finely oaked, with notes of white-fleshed fruit.
On the palate, it reveals a beautiful minerality, slightly chalky and saline, with subtle woody notes that may discreetly evoke toasted walnuts.
Pairings: A light and versatile Chardonnay. As an aperitif or with grilled fish.
