Aged in oak barrels for over 12 months, this blend of Frontenac and Marquette is both robust and fruity. Its purple color offers a bouquet from which rich aromas of spices, licorice, red fruits, and dried fruits emerge. Supported by well-integrated oak notes, the fruity flavors are ripe.
Medium-bodied with sustained acidity, its tannins are enveloping and warm.
Pairings: well-balanced, this wine will be a great match for saucy dishes, braised dishes, grilled vegetables, and your BBQ evenings.
Residual sugar: < 2 g/l
