As Alsace wine lovers, we had high expectations for our Riesling and in the end, we are more than proud of the result!
Upon opening, it reveals lime zest and Asian pear, followed by apple.
On the palate, it is both lively and round, with subtly lemony notes and a hint of minerality. Its acidity perfectly balances its sweetness.
Pairings: To share with a cheese platter, foie gras, or lemon tart.
