We are particularly fond of the Cabernet Franc grape variety.
Aged for nearly a year in French oak barrels, this wine is full-bodied and fleshy. On the nose, its floral notes are revealed, and on the palate, aromas of small red berries, green pepper, celeriac, and spices.
Well-balanced, it is slightly fruity, and the fineness of its tannins offers good persistence on the palate. You will enjoy tasting it in good company around a good meal. It will keep wonderfully for several years.
